Request for Second Re-inspection Process

 

Second re-inspections will only be approved when units are in final fail status or final fail self cert status and the HQS items final failed on owner only.

 

NOTE: The Re-inspection Fee is $75 + PayPay Processing Fee. Do not pay the Re-inspection Fee, if the unit is in final fail status due to Tenant HQS items only or final failed status on both Owner HQS items and Tenant HQS items. In those cases, program participant must follow instructions on Notice of Intent to terminate program assistance letter. Also, do not pay the Re-inspection fee if the tenant does not wish to stay in your unit, until current HAP contract expires.
