Sign In to the Landlord Corner

     1. Click "Sign In" in the Sign On menu (column on the left side of the page)

     2. Enter the following information as it was provided to Opportunity Homes on the payee W-9 form

          a. Enter your payee number

               i. If you cannot remember your payee number, click the icon to the right of the

                  payee number box. Enter the name provided on the payee W-9 form. When you

                  have located your name in the Search Results box, click the icon in the Commands column.

View Payments

     1. In the Payments menu:

          a. Click "Received" to view payments that Opportunity Homes made to you

          b. Click "To Managing Firms" to view payments that Opportunity Homes made to managing firms for your properties

     2. To view the details of a payment, click the icon in the Commands column

View Inspection Results

     1. Click "Units" in the Landlord menu

     2. Locate the unit for which you want to view inspection results

     3. Click the icon in the Commands column

     4. The inspections results will appear in the Past Inspections box
